Next Sunday thousands of women will run, jog and walk the Vhi Women's Mini Marathon in aid of various charities.
It's the third year of Today FM's partnership with the event, and two women who have been training hard for it are Spin 1038's Doireann Garrihy and her mother Clare.
As an active family, they are looking forward to the atmosphere, and walking the marathon will be a big achievement for Clare, who had a hip replacement four years ago.
They both spoke to us about their preparations, and Doireann also discussed her new six-episode series for RTE, The Doireann Project, which sees her do impressions of famous Irish faces.
