There has been another increase in tension between US President Donald Trump and the media following yesterday's mass shooting in Annapolis, Maryland.
Five people were killed in the incident, which took place in the newsroom of the Capital Gazette newspaper.
Trump offered "thoughts and prayers" to the victims in a statement on Twitter, but when asked by reporters at the White House for his response to the tragedy, he walked by without answering.
His reaction has been widely criticised and comes just days after he referred to a group of journalists as "the enemy of the people."
In an interview with Anderson Cooper on CNN, Capital Gazette journalist Seline San Felice said that President Trump needed to provide more than thoughts and prayers.
Susan Daly and Ian Power discussed this story and more in The Week Trending, including Michael Lowry's controversial interview with Tipp FM in which he said he didn't feel like a criminal.
