Donald Trump held a press conference last night in New York, only the fourth of his presidency so far.

In typical Trump style, it turned into quite a bizarre affair.

The president addressed the sexual assault allegations about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, but there was also much more to it.

He claimed that China has respect for his "very large brain", and told reporters that world leaders at his UN address had been laughing with him, not at him.

He also addressed a Kurdish reporter as "Mr Kurd", and suggested that he likes to end his press conferences the way Elton John ends his concerts.
