Ballymore Group have submitted an application to An Bord Pleanála for the development of a 23-storey apartment block adjacent to Connolly Station in Dublin city centre.
The group, owned by developer Sean Mulryan, is aiming to build eight blocks of 741 apartments. There would be a mix of studios and units of one, two and three bedrooms.
