Are children spending too much time on their phones?

New research by the Young Social Innovators/Amárach "Gen Z Index" shows that a fifth of young people are spending six or more hours a day on their phones.

They also say their social media use is causing them stress.

What can parents do about this?

We were joined by Rachel Collier, chief executive of Young Social Innovators, and Stella O'Malley, psychotherapist and author of Bullyproof Kids, to discuss this.
