Technology has changed many areas of modern life, including people's behaviour.

But what is it doing to our relationships?

Online dating has been around for at least two decades, but there has been a rapid rise in the last ten years of people using apps and websites to decide who they date.

In our Monday debate, we looked at the future of dating and what it all means for the way we communicate, as well as the effect it's having on people's confidence and mental health.

Our panel included Andy O'Donoghue from The Last Word's Tech Tuesday slot, sex and relationship therapist Margaret Dunne, Joan Scales, who met her partner on Tinder, and Geraldine Carton, who has given up on dating apps.
