Gareth O'Callaghan is one of Irish radio's most popular and familiar voices.

He retired from full-time work in 2018 after being diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy, a progressive and incurable neurological disease which carries a fatal prognosis.

He has now told his story in his new autobiography, What Matters Now.

Gareth joined Matt to discuss living with a terminal illness while finding a sense of purpose.
