Women have ended up in court over the Cervical cancer scandal despite the Taoiseach saying in the Dáil in May that no woman would have to go through the courts.
Ruth Morrissey appeared in the High court last week with her solicitor saying four different dates for mediation were turned down by the state.
Alan Kelly Labour's health spokesperson said it's like "re-torturing them all over again".
"The Taoiseach, the leader if our country who had made commitments to protect them is failing to do so" he said.
Stephen Teap who's wife Irene died of cervical cancer a year ago also joined Susan on the show and said "it seems to be every time the Taoiseach has spoken it's misleading us essentially".
