Daniel has been detained in Germany since September 2025, along with four other activists after an alleged break-in at an Elbit Systems defence factory in the German City of Ulm. Daniel was denied bail as he was considered a flight risk.

Campaigners are calling for an independent observer to attend the trial in Ulm.
