Caroline Casey, founder of the disability inclusion campaign #valuable, will be visiting Davos next week as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and a One Young World counsellor.

She joined us on the programme to discuss how she is making businesses more inclusive.

Caroline was last in Davos in 2010. She says: "I swore I would not go back until I saw disability on the main stage, not a side session."

The #valuable campaign was established in 2017, and its main aim was "to get businesses to recognise the value of the 1.3 billion people in the world with a disability and position it equally on the global business leadership agenda".

People with a disability are 50% more likely not to get a job, and Caroline sees this as "a brand opportunity to attract the next generation of talent."

As someone who is legally blind, she has first-hand experience of the issue. But she says, "I don't see myself as a disability advocate, I see myself as a human campaigner."

"Sometimes there's an adventure in trying to change the world, and this has been mine so far."
