Many people are looking to make changes in their lives in the New Year but don't know where to start.
Helen Vaughan, psychotherapist with Maynooth Counselling, joined us for the second of a three-part series to talk about imposter syndrome and how to beat it.
Imposter syndrome is the feeling of being a fraud, usually due to the belief of not being good enough.
So what can you do about it?
Helen says the first step is to be aware of it and not to believe it.
She suggests writing down your thoughts to see if there's a pattern. A therapist may then be able to help you learn to challenge your negative thoughts.
