Or would employees try to take advantage and end up doing less work than their colleagues who choose to come into the office?

We were joined by Peter Cosgrove, future of work expert, Neil McDonnell, CEO of ISME, Allison Keating, organisational psychologist with the BeWell Clinic, and Vanessa Tierney, co-founder of Abodoo, to discuss the potential benefits of a flexible workplace.
