The Kenova report has been published and in it the independent inquiry has encouraged the UK Govern to officially reveal the identity of 'Stakeknife', the British army’s most senior double agent during the Troubles widely believed to be senior Belfast IRA member Freddie Scappaticci.

The report has also published findings on the Dublin/Monaghan bombings.
