Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are constantly being pitted against each other for the title of world's best footballer.

Ronaldo looks to have the upper hand, having scored four goals in two games for Portugal, which included a hat-trick against Spain.

Messi, meanwhile, is yet to score for Argentina in the tournament, and will be looking to remedy that in tonight's game against Croatia.

Ronaldo is undoubtedly the star of the Portuguese team, but some are questioning Messi's form for Argentina, especially when compared to his glittering club career with Barcelona.
