Independent TD Michael Healy-Rae clocked into the Dáil on the same day he was in Kerry for a funeral, according to an Irish Independent report.

Healy-Rae missed keynote speeches to the Dáil by EU leaders Jean-Claude Juncker and Michel Barnier, but was recorded as attending both days.
