We're being encouraged to have a summer of outdoor socialising.

However not everybody has a back garden in which they can gather, particularly younger people, who are meeting in parks, and by canals to socialise and enjoy a drink.

Yet they are finding that more places are being closed down and blocked off due to complaints of anti social behaviour, places like Portobello Plaza.

So are night marshals the solution to this problem?
