A new digital platform has been launched which promises COVID-19 test results in as little as 15 minutes.
Health Passport Ireland is designed to facilitate increased testing. It operates with all official COVID-19 test types, with healthcare providers linking test results to an app which then displays a person's health status.
Andy O'Donoghue joined us for Tech Tuesday along with Dr Nick Flynn of MyCorkGP, who are supporting the initiative with clinical and sampling services, to discuss how it will work.
Andy also explained why almost 500,000 people have deleted the HSE's COVID Tracker app.
