The amount of available office space in Dublin has dropped to its lowest level since 2002.
New figures from Cushman & Wakefield show that the amount of immediately available space from July to September was down almost a third on last year, with the influx of tech office lettings from the likes of Google, Facebook and LinkedIn putting pressure on supply.
