Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has confirmed that the €350 a week pandemic unemployment payment will be reduced for part-time workers.
It's believed that the payment could be cut by 40% in line with the jobseeker's allowance paid to the unemployed.
However, the Taoiseach stated that part-time workers would still be earning more than they were prior to the pandemic.
