A Spanish court has ruled that Ryanair's carry-on baggage charge is "abusive".
Under the current policy, which was introduced last year, passengers can bring one small bag into the cabin for no charge but must pay a fee if they wish to bring a larger bag of up to 10kg.
The airline has said it will not change its policy despite the ruling.
