Education Minister Joe McHugh is in the United Arab Emirates as part of the government's efforts to encourage Irish teachers working abroad to return home.

John Boyle, general secretary of the Irish Teachers Organisation, former teacher and recruiter Richie Hogan, and Maria Brett, a teacher working in Vietnam, joined us to discuss this.
