An ad campaign organised by Friends of Sinn Féin calling for a referendum on Irish unity has been rolled out in the United States.
A number of half-page and full-page ads have been placed in The New York Times and The Washington Post, as well as Irish American newspapers such as The Irish Echo and The Irish Voice.
But is now the right time to try and rally support for a united Ireland?
