Shocking scenes have been emerging from Afghanistan, showing people desperately trying to flee the country.

The Taliban has now taken control of the capital Kabul and as well as most of the country, following the withdrawal of Western troops.

The United Nations says there are "chilling reports" of human rights violations already, while reports say many people have died trying to leave Afghanistan.
