The final episode of RTE's One Day documentary series, which goes behind the scenes of Ireland, airs tonight.

Showing Ireland Off follows a typical day for the people who wine, dine, entertain and show the sights of Ireland to holidaymakers.

We spoke to three of the people appearing in tonight's documentary: Niamh McCarthy, Managing Director of Excursions Ireland, Val O'Brien, driver guide for Paddywagon Tours, and James O'Driscoll, an entrepreneur who runs Galway Pub Crawls.

They each told us more about their work as part of Ireland's booming tourism industry.
