Podge and Rodge have returned to our screens for the first time in eight years, with new presenter Doireann Garrihy in tow.

The Podge & Rodge Show aired on RTE2 on Monday night and featured guests such as Erin McGregor and Made in Chelsea's Josh Patterson.

The puppets first arrived on Irish television way back in 1990 and went on to gain a following through the likes of A Scare at Bedtime.
