British Prime Minister Theresa May made a significant speech at 10 Downing Street today, in which she admitted that Brexit talks are at an 'impasse'.
She appealed for more respect from the EU in negotiations, and said that it was unacceptable for the EU to reject her proposals without having an alternative plan in place.
