A new report published by the Climate Change Advisory Council has found that 4,500 homes and 570km of road in Ireland are at risk of being lost due to coastal erosion.
The report has recommended mandatory “natural hazard disclosures” for homebuyers so that they’re aware of the risks involved when purchasing a property.
