Eoghan O'Meara Walsh, CEO of the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation, says that COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on the tourism industry, with international visitors accounting for 75% of the tourism economy.

He spoke to us about why he feels the quarantine rules should be relaxed.
