Donald Trump has lashed out at a Virginia restaurant for refusing to serve his press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
The Red Hen asked Sanders to leave on Friday night, saying their employees were uncomfortable with serving a spokesperson for the Trump administration.
Trump remarked on the restaurant's apparent lack of cleanliness in a tweet, saying that it should focus more on cleaning its "filthy" canopies, doors and windows than refusing his press secretary service.
The Red Hen Restaurant should focus more on cleaning its filthy canopies, doors and windows (badly needs a paint job) rather than refusing to serve a fine person like Sarah Huckabee Sanders. I always had a rule, if a restaurant is dirty on the outside, it is dirty on the inside!

Contrary to Trump's claims, the Virginia Department of Health gave The Red Hen a high rating following an inspection in February.
Critics have also pointed out that Trump's own Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida has previously performed poorly in inspections.
