A video of a man proposing to his girlfriend at her graduation ceremony has taken the internet by storm.

Agne Banuskeviciute was in the middle of receiving her Master's degree in English from the University of Essex when Edgaras Averbuchas got down on one knee in front of everyone.

Banuskeviciute has said she was delighted by the proposal.

However, many who viewed the clip accused her boyfriend of trying to hijack an already special day.

Is it attention seeking, or just nobody else's business?
