Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh delivered an extraordinary testimony yesterday at a US Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in Washington.

Kavanaugh has denied allegations of sexual assault made against him by Dr Christine Blasey Ford, and reacted angrily and belligerently to the line of questioning.

Ford gave her own emotional testimony at the hearing.
