U2 are set to return to Dublin next Monday for the start of four nights at the 3Arena. It follows on from their Belfast shows at the weekend.
So what can fans of the band expect?
The Experience + Innocence stage production features a "barricage", a 20-tonne, 30m elevated cage that allows the band to walk across the arena above the crowd while images are projected on to its sides.
They've also released U2 Experience, a free augmented-reality app for concertgoers to download before the show. The app accesses your smartphone's camera and offers 3D visuals when pointed at the stage.
Other gigs for Irish music fans to look forward to include Bon Jovi, who have just announced a date at Dublin's RDS next June, supported by Manic Street Preachers.
Larissa Nolan and Dave Hanratty discussed this and more in our weekly music slot.
