Most women who have had children are familiar with parenting handbooks, but Pat Fitzpatrick has written an alternative book aimed at expectant fathers.
No Sex, No Sleep tells men what they can expect during the first four years of their child's life, with plenty of humour thrown in.
Pat's own two children are aged six and four. He says, "Fathers are much more involved than we used to be in the past."
"There is evidence that there's an increase in testosterone from spending time with your kids."
Pat has also written about why Irish people are having less sex than before. He thinks Netflix is the reason.
"Back in the day, there was never anything on after the weather on a Tuesday night. Now it's: 'Let's watch another episode of Game of Thrones.'"
"It's not that sex is getting worse, it's that the alternatives are getting better."
