Ahead of Gerry Adams' retirement, a new documentary will air on TV3 tonight and tomorrow about his life and career.
Gerry Adams: War, Peace and Politics is presented by Vincent Browne, who has known Adams for 40 years since first coming across him in the early 1970s, when he was a journalist working at the height of the Troubles.
He joined Matt to discuss the documentary.
