First off, I'm just gonna take a second to say "What a player!".

With the recent news that Tommy is to retire at the end of the season, rugby fanatics across the globe are sharing their love and admiration for the industrious Ulsterman.

With a burst of pace that Usain Bolt would find impressive, a model attitude towards the game, and a look that could melt a heart in a millisecond  - he will be missed by all.

One man who will miss him the most perhaps is RTÉ's king of commentary, Ryle Nugent. Ryle popped into studio to show his respect for the winger, but is feeling a little Frozen.

It seems the hardest things for his fans will be to 'Let It Go' (sorry). Idina Menzel is even shedding a tear herself I'd say...

Massive reaction from our listeners:

Gift Grub!! Brilliant, had to pull over. 3 of us in the car in ribbons. TOMMY BOOOOWE

I'm laughing on the dart here at Grand Canal Dock at Gift Grub, one of the best ever. Ted

Such a fantastic Gift Grub. Had me laughing and shedding a little tear, just brilliant. Breda
