Storm Emma caused havoc last week, as she blasted her way across most of the country leaving a wall of white in her path.
Ireland was at a standstill, but it's true what they say (whoever 'they' are) - every cloud has a silver lining.
In this case, we learned of our love and dependence for a slice of white pan, which in turn led to Amy having a brainwave of pure serendipity...
