Boyzone's Shane Lynch shocked Late Late Show viewers when he turned up late for the band's appearance, swore and gave the finger to the camera.

The rest of the band performed without Lynch, as he was said to be stuck in traffic. After his arrival, the famous clip of Boyzone's first appearance on the show 25 years ago was shown — and Lynch was not pleased.

He swore as he told host Ryan Tubridy what he could do with the clip, and stuck his finger up at the camera after a muted reaction from the audience and his bandmates.
