Joe Wicks doesn't really need that much of an introduction, he's practically the most recognisable fitness coach/author/vlogger, etc. out there at the moment (well in this part of the world anyway). And "The Body Coach" brand is going from strength to strength.

Chatting on Dermot and Dave, the 32-year-old revealed a new project he is hoping to get off the ground - a TV show for Channel 4 which will focus on an, "investigation into fitness in schools and why it's getting dropped". Even though there's nothing set in stone yet, it's part of his masterplan.

Joe recently started a YouTube Live workout where thousands of students internationally were "blasting it out their screens and in their sports halls". Pupils took part from Sweden to Dubai and the super positive reaction to it is what really motivates the coach.

With his latest book Joe's 30-Minute Meals just after being released, the lads spoke to him about the step up in time from his original 'Lean in 15' concept and it's like he says, "you cannot do everything in 15 minutes". His latest publication is "healthy food for the whole family" with a mission to get people cooking.

The trainer has recently become a father too, as he and his partner Rosie welcomed baby Indie into the world 7 weeks ago. He has surprised himself though, " I thought I was gonna be a bit more private", instead he's posting loads of snaps on Instagram for his 2.2 million followers to view. He loves to "get up in the morning and have a little cuddle". Hot AND cute?? Ahh stop it now Joe!!

Soccer Aid was always going to come up after Joe's involvement in the charity event back in June of this year. He absolutely loved it, "I dispossessed Eric Cantona" and thinks it was the first time he actually felt a slight bit famous when he was, "walking out in Old Trafford on front of 75,000 people with Usain Bolt". Hard not to feel a bit special there alright.

Dermot and Dave also eked out who his original style icon was and in fairness, I think we all wanted to be Peter Andre at some stage.

And Dermot made Joe scratch his head a bit when asking him about a crazy financial statistic he read online to which Joe replied, "That's a bent old statement". Just goes to show paper never refuses ink.
