On this morning's show we were delighted to welcome Performance Psychological Consultant and Motivational Speaker Gerry Hussey in studio to answer our listener's questions.

Gerry has been at the forefront of building high performance teams, organisations and individuals, where his vast experience has led teams to success at Olympic Games, Heineken Cups, World Cups and All-Ireland Championships - so he knows how to help people get the best from themselves. 

He chatted to Dermot and Dave about some of the various techniques he uses - like being 'physically, mentally and emotionally present'. They also discussed W.I.N (What's Important Now) and how that method makes the top professionals excel in their field. 

The new and incredible Soul Space festival is being launched in Claregalway, Co. Galway on September 22nd this year and with Gerry being a guest speaker, he also chatted about this insightful one day experience.
