Laura Belyea, Coo of Talivest joined Conall on this week's Sunday Business Show to talk about their growing business which helps companies to develop positive and lasting employee relationships.

The company, which was originally known as KonnectAgain, was founded by CEO Jayne Ronayne and has bases in Dublin, New York and Lisbon.

Following their recent re branding they also announced that they will be creating 15 new jobs.

The company has ambitious growth plans as demand has increased from multinational companies looking to engage and retain their millennial workforce.
