Chocolate Bark

This is melted chocolate (milk, dark, white)spread thin and topped with a selection of toppings like, dried fruit, nuts, pretzels, candy canes etc Perfect to nibble on or gift

Christmas Pudding Truffles

Chocolate truffles, decorated with white chocolate & holly to resemble a Christmas pudding & Butlers peppermint xmas trees (see above!)

Snowball Truffles

White chocolate truffles rolled in coconut to resemble snowballs

Hot Chocolate Stirrers

This is a lovely idea for hot chocolates. Add melted chocolate to an ice cube tray and pop in a candy cane and sprinkles and chill. Once set, remove from the tray and add to hot milk. You can also stick the candy cane into a large marshmallow and dip this in chocolate and use it the same way.
