We are used to have chef and businesswoman Domini Kemp on Weekend Breakfast to give us brilliant recipe ideas but she joined Alison on the show to talk about her brand new series Prison Breaks on Virgin Media One (Wednesdays at 10pm).

The four-part documentary series follows Domini's unique entrepreneurship programme in Wheatfield Prison and the journey that followed.

Domini first became interested in the idea of harnessing prisoners' entrepreneurial tendencies when she heard of a similar programme being run in a prison in Texas where reoffending rates had dropped by 20% since the programme started.
