But what has been the enduring appeal of such a simple show? Jasmine is the OG presenter of the show and told Alison on Weekend Breakfast that viewers love rooting for the house hunters to fulfil their dream and are also inspired by them!

She also says she still gets told on a daily basis by fans that the show really helped people to get through Covid lockdown.
