Lords of Strut are back with a new dance comedy show for all-ages - Absolute Legends. They came on Weekend Breakfast to tell Alison all about it!

From fitness levels and physical feats, the talented dance duo chatted about their time on Britain's Got Talent, creating contemporary dance routines and learning their crazy moves.

Lords of Strut – Absolute Legends Irish Tour comes to the Lime Tree Theatre in Limerick on 17th October, the Draiocht Theatre in Blanchardstown on 20th October, Cork Opera House on 4th November, Lyric Theatre in Belfast on 11th November and the Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire on 24th November.
