So, the King is back! The voice of Elvis, who died in 1977, is set to return to the stage to bring the ‘If I Can Dream’ album to life with a bit of help from the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. Elvis’s image will be shown on screen alongside archive material of his performances with backing from the legendary orchestra.The six date tour is going to begin in Glasgow on November 17th and will finish at the Manchester Arena on November 24. Indiana Jones fans will be delighted to hear that Harrison Ford has been confirmed for a fifth movie! The actor, who first starred as the explorer in Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981, will be 77 years old when the fifth installment of the action/adventure series is released in July 2019. But that’s not going to stop him, Harrison is in amazing shape! Disney have also confirmed that Stephen Spielberg will be at the helm too – he has directed the other four so it’s in safe hands.
Mariah Carey is getting her own show but….don’t you dare call it a reality show! Yes, Mariah confirmed yesterday that the show, called ‘Mariah’s World’ will be a chance to get to know her better and a good opportunity to show her personality. The cameras will be following the singer as she prepares to go on tour and plans her wedding. (Her fiancé James Packer will not feature in the show because....well.... it’s not really his thing). She reckons a lot of people have misconceptions about her being a diva. Now, anyone who has saw her appearance on MTV Cribs will understand where those misconceptions came from, she was wandering around her giant walk in wardrobe, bigger than most of our homes, drinking champagne! Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are on holidays and they want the world to know about it. They have not stopped Instagramming and Snapchatting videos and pictures of the idyllic paradise and their perfect sun-kissed bodies since they arrived last night. There’s been no confirmation as to where they actually are but from the thousands of pictures they’ve posted, they are somewhere extremely beautiful and exotic looking. Now, I don’t want to sound too bitter, they are both very hardworking people and obviously deserve a break like the rest of us....cough.
