Terms & Conditions:
- The winners must be aged 18 years or over to attend this event.
- The winner must be contactable on Wednesday, 29th August in order to claim their prize and confirm their delivery address.
- If delivery cannot be arranged (due to time constraints or any other issue), tickets will be left for collection at a time, date and location agreed between the winner and the Electric Ireland team.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative or refunds will be offered. It will be offered as stated only.
- The VIP prize consists of:
- 4 Electric Picnic VIP weekend tickets
- A chauffeur to and from Electric Picnic
- Harvest Moon Boutique camping which includes a 4 Man Lotus Belle Tent with 4 x single beds and a luxurious experience
- VIP seats to the headlining act of Electric Ireland’s Throwback Stage
- Food experience
- The food experience sitting will take place on Saturday, 1st of September at 6 PM. If late, the 4 VIP winners can be refused entry. Winners are also subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
- All four VIP winners will be collected from one ROI collection point going to Electric Picnic and one collection point departing from Electric Picnic. One meeting point must be agreed by all 4 VIP winners in advance. ***
- A time for the collection must be organised beforehand for both departing journeys and agreed by both the VIP winners and the chauffeur company. The VIP winners must allow sufficient time to travel to the collection point on both ends of the journey to ensure punctuality. ***
- The driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes at the agreed collection point for the 4 VIP winners. The driver is obligated to leave and refuse transfer any time after this 30 minutes is incurred. It is vital for the 4 VIP winners to be on time at the designated collection point to avoid complications.
