The scientific study says that as little as two nights of poor sleep is enough to make you look significantly less attractive.
According to the researchers, this is all down to our natural instincts.

The Karolinska Institute photographed 25 men and women make up free - the first set after 8 hours sleep - the second after 4.
A group of 122 strangers then rated the photos in terms of who they wanted to socialise, attractiveness and health.
