The new Government is getting to grips with its new assignments this lunchtime, on its first full day in office.
Leo Varadkar and his cabinet held their first cabinet meeting last night at Aras an Uachtarain after receiving seals of office.
But the new Taoiseach has been criticised for reducing the number of women around the cabinet table. Enda Kenny left an administration with five women around the cabinet table; Varadkar's has only four.
That's the same proportion of women that are actually in the Dáil - but Niamh Gallagher of Women for Election says more should be done.
But Regina Doherty, one of the three to be promoted, says the new Taoiseach did his best.
Independent members of the cabinet are happy - Finian McGrath, who's still there as a junior minister, says Varadkar has tried hard to reward young blood.
Some of the ministers will need extra energy as they try to get to grips with their new jobs today.
It was around midnight when the new cabinet held its first meeting at Aras an Uachtarain - after which SOME of them spent the night in Copper Face Jack's.
