Premier League Live with Sky Sports is back after the international break with a cracking double header. Liverpool and Manchester United is the stand out game this weekend and you'll be hear it live on todayfm.com/pll.

Liverpool will be without Sadio Mane due a hamstring injury he suffered on international duty with Senegal while there's no Marouane Fellaini for United because of a knee injury he picked up playing for Belgium.

Liverpool will be hoping there's no repeat of what happened after the last international break when they were beaten 5-0 at Manchester City. The two clubs met at Anfield at the same stage last season and it was a truly awful game in which United made sure they didn't lose the game.

However there's a different feel to the fixture this time around after an impressive start to the season for United. The Red Devils have won six of their opening seven league games and only trail leaders City on goal difference. Mourinho's men are also scoring lots of goals so the United manager must fancy his chances to taking all three points tomorrow. His main priority will be to avoid defeat as is the case in so many big games.

Liverpool have just one win in their last seven games in all competitions and that was a 3-2 victory at Leicester which they made hard work of despite being the better team. Jurgen Klopp has a decision to make with regards team selection. Does he play Philippe Coutinho as part of the front three or does he use the Brazilian playmaker in a midfield three. Mo Salah's form does at least soften the blow of losing Mane.

Ron Jones and Brian Kerr will be at Anfield for us from midday on todayfm.com/pll.

The show will start at 2.00 on Today FM as always and we'll go straight over to Anfield to join up with our commentary team to take in the final quarter of the game.

Crystal Palace v Chelsea is the second commentary game of the day on Premier League Live with Sky Sports - Dave McIntyre and Gary Breen will be at Selhurst Park for us.

Palace are rock bottom with no points and no goals from seven top flight games. Chelsea's defeat at the hands of Manchester City before the international break left the reigning champions six points off top spot.

Antonio Conte's side were five points off the pace at the same stage last season but they did go on a run of 13 league wins in a row which put them in pole position to win the league.

N'Golo Kante is out injured for Chelsea and they'll also be without Alvaro Morata but they should still have enough to get past a Palace side low in confidence.

Mark Lawrenson will join as always to look back on the Liverpool and United game and he'll also preview Palace v Chelsea with Gary Breen.

We'll also look back on Ireland's great win over Wales in Cardiff which secured a place in the World Cup playoffs.

Former Republic of Ireland international Stephen Elliot will be this week's guest on the Boot Room which is on at 5.30 every week.

Premier League Live with Sky Sports from 2-6pm on Today FM.
