Seanie Maguire has been included in the provisional Republic of Ireland squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Georgia and Serbia.
The Kilkenny man has been given his first senior call up, having scored 20 goals for Cork City in the Premier Division prior to his move to Preston North End last month.
He's among an extended group of 39 players selected by Martin O'Neill, which will be trimmed down closer to the international break.
Maguire's Preston teammates Greg Cunningham, Alan Browne and Daryl Horgan are also included, as are the uncapped pair Matt Doherty and Liam Kelly, who play for Wolves and Reading respectively.
Ireland travel to Georgia for their Group D meeting on Saturday 2nd September, before they welcome group leaders Serbia to the Aviva three days later.
